2. Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials, all activity under your account, and keeping your account information accurate.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscription renewals, upgrades, and cancellation are managed through your account billing portal. One-time purchases (such as AI-tree edit unlocks) are non-recurring.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, abusive, or infringing use of the service.
• No attempts to bypass quotas, access controls, or security.
• No spam, harassment, or misuse of collaboration, sharing, or invite systems.

5. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve CortexTree, including de-identified analytics and model improvement workflows.

6. AI Features

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these Terms, abuse, security threats, or legal compliance reasons.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

CortexTree is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you to CortexTree in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Venue
